Expectations

When you expect nothing, you always receive a lot. No matter how much you receive, if you expected even more, you will be disappointed. No matter how little you receive, if you expected even less, you will be happy. Expectations are merely that: EXPECTATIONS. I ve been a lilttle upset at just how people don't treat others well. Like I m not a horrible person, but I ve come to realize we are all different...and all I had were just expectations of how I think people should treat others (me precisely).

And in other news:
I moved this last weekend to a one bedroom apartment (I was rooming with my sis before)...and I love it! A gorgeous well lit one bedroom with just enough room for me and maybe one visitor! Anymore than that and we will not be too comfy. But I love it! Its very me..It has this huuugggeee mirror right above the fireplace, yes thats right it has a fireplace! And the bathroom is well lit...no need for extra lighting when I m doing my makeup! I love it!

Look at that mirror!!!!! I love it!!!!! I will get tired of looking at myself at some point.

And my second favourite room:

I feel like its missing some color though..so I have lots of work to do with this!!

Finally

Ok so this is like my 3rd blog that I ve started. The other 2, I just started, and lost interest pretty fast. But as they say 3rd time is a charm! So here it goes! I think this one will last.. I have a good feeling about this one. Anyway Hi world!
I m currently going through some hair issues. I cut off all my hair not so long ago, and I maintained that short cut for over 4 months. I d religiously go to the barber every 2 weeks and get what they call a "brush cut", ie only a brush will work ,no combs here senorita! That's a picture from the day I came back from my first cut. I mean its not like my hair was shoulder length or anything, but I could atleast get a weave or braid it if I wanted to. I loved the look for the first four months. Then in September I decided I wanted to grow it out...and let me tell you, boy is it taking forever to grow!!! I almost cut it all off again last weekend, but then my BFF (who also cut her hair off same time that I did...now that is a friend..Lol!) came up with a brilliant idea! She taught me how to "towel" my hair. Sorry I don't think there is a proper word for this. But my hair looks like it has "miniature locks". And I can live with that for now.  (See pic below.) Ok so its not the greatest quality but I took it a) in the washroom at work, and b) with my BB..sorry)

So for now I m ok with this, but I have a serious case of A.D.D when it comes to hair. I get bored super quick!  So I m thinking of coloring my hair. Nothing crazy..maybe an auburn color.  I ll keep you posted. I think I could pull it off...I mean I pull anything off. I m sure I do!

I love change! That cant be a bad thing right?
